Titus 3:4-8
"When the kindness of God our Saviour and his love for man appeared,
He saved us, not on the basis of good deeds which we have done,
But according to his mercy by the washing and renewing of the Holy Spirit.
He poured the Holy Spirit upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Saviour.
For being justified by his grace we would be made heirs
According to the hope of eternal life.
This is a trustworthy statement,
And concerning these things I want you to speak confidently,
So those who have believed in God will engage in good deeds."
